Chia and Chocolate Pudding Recipe Gluten-free, dairy-free (casein-free), hypotoxic and vegan

ORGANIC INGREDIENTS
- 30 g (1/3 cup) cocoa
- 160 g (1/2 cup) maple syrup
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) oil
- 400 ml canned coconut milk (1 whole can)
- 500g (2 cups) plant-based milk substitute
- 5 ml (1 tsp) vanilla extract
- 80 g (1/2 cup) white chia
- To taste: 1 packet of stevia* powder
PREPARATION
- In a saucepan, combine cocoa, maple syrup, oil and coconut milk.
- Heat without boiling, whisking to dissolve the cocoa powder.
- Then add the plant-based milk substitute, vanilla extract and chia.
- Stir well, cover and refrigerate 12 hours before serving.
Delicious with fruits such as strawberries or raspberries!

Optional: If you want a sweeter taste, you can add 1 packet of stevia powder.
