Chia and Chocolate Pudding Recipe Gluten-free, dairy-free (casein-free), hypotoxic and vegan

ORGANIC INGREDIENTS

  • 30 g (1/3 cup) cocoa
  • 160 g (1/2 cup) maple syrup
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) oil
  • 400 ml canned coconut milk (1 whole can)
  • 500g (2 cups) plant-based milk substitute
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) vanilla extract
  • 80 g (1/2 cup) white chia
  • To taste: 1 packet of stevia* powder

PREPARATION

  1. In a saucepan, combine cocoa, maple syrup, oil and coconut milk.
  2. Heat without boiling, whisking to dissolve the cocoa powder.
  3. Then add the plant-based milk substitute, vanilla extract and chia.
  4. Stir well, cover and refrigerate 12 hours before serving.

Delicious with fruits such as strawberries or raspberries!
