This recipe will satisfy fans of apple crumble, even if they are made without oatmeal. Its little "crunchy" side will not leave anyone indifferent. The end result is simply delicious plus a source of protein, what more could you ask for?

TIP

* We used, for this recipe, the organic margarine of the Earth Balance brand because, unlike many other margarines on the market, its texture is more like that of butter while other margarines are very "soft" and do not harden. in the refrigerator.
