ORGANIC INGREDIENTS

  • 1 uncooked pie crust
  • 200 g dark chocolate without dairy
  • 2,5 ml (1/2 tsp) powdered agar-agar
  • 600 g silken soft tofu
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) maple syrup
  • 10 ml (2 tsp) vanilla
  • 1 pinch of salt

PREPARATION

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F).
  2. Place the pie crust in a pie pan.
  3. Bake on the middle rack for 15 minutes. Once cooked, remove from the oven and set aside.
  4. In a double boiler, melt the chocolate. When smooth, add the agar-agar and stir a few seconds longer.
  5. In a blender, mix on medium speed the melted chocolate, tofu, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt for 1 minute. The texture should be smooth without any clumps.
  6. Pour into the pie crust and refrigerate for at least 2 1/2 hours.
