Chocolate tart Recipe Gluten-free, dairy-free (casein-free) and vegan.

ORGANIC INGREDIENTS
- 1 uncooked pie crust
- 200 g dark chocolate without dairy
- 2,5 ml (1/2 tsp) powdered agar-agar
- 600 g silken soft tofu
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) maple syrup
- 10 ml (2 tsp) vanilla
- 1 pinch of salt
PREPARATION
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F).
- Place the pie crust in a pie pan.
- Bake on the middle rack for 15 minutes. Once cooked, remove from the oven and set aside.
- In a double boiler, melt the chocolate. When smooth, add the agar-agar and stir a few seconds longer.
- In a blender, mix on medium speed the melted chocolate, tofu, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt for 1 minute. The texture should be smooth without any clumps.
- Pour into the pie crust and refrigerate for at least 2 1/2 hours.
