La Merveilleuse All-Purpose Flour Special Formulas Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free and Organic

With the special formulas of La Merveilleuse All-Purpose Flour, any conventional baking recipe (cakes, muffins, cookies etc…) may be converted into its gluten-free equivalent. For this, simply replace wheat flour by La Merveilleuse, 1-for-1.

Please note: these alternate formulations were developed considering dietary restrictions or intolerances rather than allergies. They are produced in the same facilities as our other flour blends, which means there could be a risk of cross-contamination.
