With La Merveilleuse Rice-Free All-Purpose Flour, any conventional baking recipe (cakes, muffins, cookies etc…) may be converted into its gluten-free equivalent. For this, simply replace wheat flour by La Merveilleuse, 1-for-1.
For this version, we have modified the formula of La Merveilleuse to suit people looking to reduce their rice consumption.
