With La Merveilleuse Low FODMAP All-Purpose Flour, any conventional baking recipe (cakes, muffins, cookies etc…) may be converted into its gluten-free equivalent. For this, simply replace wheat flour by La Merveilleuse, 1-for-1.
We have slightly modified the formula of La Merveilleuse, to comply with the Low FODMAP diet or people dealing with a sensitive stomach. This version is intended for people who wish to optimize their digestive comfort.
