Banana mug cake Recipe Gluten-free, dairy-free (casein-free) and vegan.

ORGANIC INGREDIENTS
- 275 g (1 cup) ripe banana, smashed
- 110 g (1/3 cup) honey
- 65 g (1/3 cup) light olive oil
- 60 g (1/3 cup) plant-based milk substitute*
- 5 ml (1 tsp) vanilla
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) chia seeds
- 200 g (1 1/2 cup) all-purpose flour "La Merveilleuse"
- 10 ml (2 tsp) baking powder
- 5 ml (1 tsp) baking soda
- 1 ml (1/4 tsp) salt
- 90 g (1/2 cup) chocolat chips
PREPARATION
- In a bowl, combine the liquid ingredients and bananas. Set aside.
- In a coffee grinder, grind the chia seeds.D
- In a bowl, combine the ground chia and the dry ingredients that remain, except the chocolate chips.
- Add the dry mixture to the liquids and mix well with a spoon.
- Add the chocolate chips, blend well.
- Divide the batter into 4 cups. Heat each cup 2 minutes in the microwave oven.
- Serve hot.
