Easter Bunny Cake! Recipe Gluten-free, dairy-free (casein-free) and hypotoxic

ORGANIC INGREDIENTS
- CAKE:
Prepare Mom's Chocolate Cake according to the recipe, i.e. using two round moulds 20 cm (8 inches) in diameter.
- BUNNY ICING:
For the effect obtained on the photograph, I used my "7-minute Icing."
You can also choose any other icing.
Note: Do not prepare the icing in advance, but when the cake is cooled and ready to be glazed.
ASSEMBLING
- Use the first cake to create the face (no cut-out).
- Use the second cake to make the cuts that will serve as the ears and the buckle.
- Cover a baking sheet or other dish with a minimum size of 30 cm x 56 cm (12 inches x 22 inches) of parchment paper.
- Put together the four parts according to the PATTERN and decorate the bunny to your fancy!
