ORGANIC INGREDIENTS

Brownies:

  • 1 box Aunt Brigitte’s Brownie Mix Cuisine L’Angélique
  • 2 eggs
  • 70 g (1/3 cup) light olive oil
  • 40 g (3 tbsp) water
  • 12,5 ml (2 1/2 tsp) vanilla extract

Cookies:

  • 1 box Cookie Mix Cuisine L’Angélique
  • 2 eggs
  • 105 g (1/2 cup) light olive oil
  • 100 g (1/2 cup) chocolate chips
  • 10 ml (2 tsp) vanilla extract


PREPARATION

  1. Preheat oven to 350 °F (177 °C).
  2. In a bowl, use a wooden spoon to combine all the brownie ingredients.
  3. Line an 8” x 8” pan with parchment paper, then pour in the brownie mixture.
  4. In a separate bowl, use a wooden spoon to combine all the cookie ingredients.
  5. With your hands, crumble bits of cookie dough on top of the brownie mixture until completely covered. Do not press down.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes.
  7. Once baked, let cool completely before removing from pan.
