ORGANIC INGREDIENTS
Brownies:
- 1 box Aunt Brigitte’s Brownie Mix Cuisine L’Angélique
- 2 eggs
- 70 g (1/3 cup) light olive oil
- 40 g (3 tbsp) water
- 12,5 ml (2 1/2 tsp) vanilla extract
Cookies:
- 1 box Cookie Mix Cuisine L’Angélique
- 2 eggs
- 105 g (1/2 cup) light olive oil
- 100 g (1/2 cup) chocolate chips
- 10 ml (2 tsp) vanilla extract
PREPARATION
- Preheat oven to 350 °F (177 °C).
- In a bowl, use a wooden spoon to combine all the brownie ingredients.
- Line an 8” x 8” pan with parchment paper, then pour in the brownie mixture.
- In a separate bowl, use a wooden spoon to combine all the cookie ingredients.
- With your hands, crumble bits of cookie dough on top of the brownie mixture until completely covered. Do not press down.
- Bake for 40 minutes.
- Once baked, let cool completely before removing from pan.
