ORGANIC INGREDIENTS

  • 330 g (2 cups) all-purpose flour "La Merveilleuse"
  • 3,5 ml (3/4 tsp) baking soda
  • 1 ml (1/4 tsp) salt
  • 220 g (1 cup) melted margarine*
  • 95 g (1/2 cup) brown sugar
  • 120 g (1/2 cup) granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs (110 g)
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) vanilla extract
  • 35 g (3/4 cup) mini marshmallows
  • 75 g (1/2 cup) semisweet chocolate chips

Decoration :

  • Mini marshmallows
  • Semisweet chocolate chips

PREPARATION

  1. In a bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
  2. In another bowl, using an electric mixer, beat together the melted margarine, brown sugar and granulated sugar. Add the eggs and vanilla and beat again for about 1 minute.
  3. Add the dry ingredients to the mixture and beat again on low with the electric mixer.
  4. Add the chocolate chips and marshmallows and stir with a wooden spoon.
  5. Cover the dough and let rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 1/2 hours.
  6. Preheat the oven to 190 °C (375 °F).
  7. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  8. Using two spoons, shape dough into balls and place them on the baking sheet.
  9. Bake on the middle rack for about 12 minutes.
  10. Immediately after removing from the oven, decorate the hot cookies with halved mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
  11. Use a spatula to transfer the cookies to a rack to cool.
