Air Fryer fruit crisp Recipe Gluten-free, dairy-free (casein-free) and vegan.

ORGANIC INGREDIENTS
Fruits:
- 130 g (3/4 cup) strawberries, cut into small pieces
- 155 g (3/4 cup) mango, cut into small pieces
- 125 g (3/4 cup) peaches, cut into small pieces
- 45 g (2 tbsp) maple syrup
- 5 ml (1 tsp) tapioca (or corn) starch
Crisp:
- 80 g (1/2 cup) brown sugar
- 75 g (1/2 cup) all-purpose flour "La Merveilleuse"
- 50 g (1/2 cup) gluten-free quick oats
- 1 ml (1/4 tsp) salt
- 15 g (1 tbsp) margarine
- 50 g (1/4 cup) light olive oil
PREPARATION
- In a bowl, combine the fruit, maple syrup, and the starch.
- Divide into 4 ramequins, then place the ramequins in the air fryer.
- Cook at 190 °C (375 °F) for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine all the crisp ingredients.
- Divide the crisp mixture among the ramequins without pressing down and put back into the air fryer at 190 °C (375 °F) for 10 minutes.

A perfectly simple dessert, ready in minutes.
