ORGANIC INGREDIENTS

Fruits:

  • 130 g (3/4 cup) strawberries, cut into small pieces
  • 155 g (3/4 cup) mango, cut into small pieces
  • 125 g (3/4 cup) peaches, cut into small pieces
  • 45 g (2 tbsp) maple syrup
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) tapioca (or corn) starch

Crisp:

  • 80 g (1/2 cup) brown sugar
  • 75 g (1/2 cup) all-purpose flour "La Merveilleuse"
  • 50 g (1/2 cup) gluten-free quick oats
  • 1 ml (1/4 tsp) salt
  • 15 g (1 tbsp) margarine
  • 50 g (1/4 cup) light olive oil

PREPARATION

  1. In a bowl, combine the fruit, maple syrup, and the starch.
  2. Divide into 4 ramequins, then place the ramequins in the air fryer.
  3. Cook at 190 °C (375 °F) for 10 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine all the crisp ingredients.
  5. Divide the crisp mixture among the ramequins without pressing down and put back into the air fryer at 190 °C (375 °F) for 10 minutes.
