ORGANIC INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ripe banana (about 100 g)
  • 175 g (1 1/3 cups) frozen strawberries
  • 100 g (1 cup) frozen mango, cubed
  • 315 g (1 1/4 cups) plant-based milk substitute, to taste
  • 25 g (1/3 cup) unsweetened coconut, grated
  • 60 ml (2 tbsp) maple syrup (or more, to taste)
  • 4 fresh mint leaves (or more to taste)

PREPARATION

  1. Put all the ingredients in the blender at high speed until smooth.
  2. You can also add a little fruit or plant-based milk substitute to obtain the desired texture: a creamy smoothie or more liquid.
