Strawberry, mango and banana smoothie Recipe Gluten-free, dairy-free (casein-free), hypotoxic and vegan

ORGANIC INGREDIENTS
- 1 ripe banana (about 100 g)
- 175 g (1 1/3 cups) frozen strawberries
- 100 g (1 cup) frozen mango, cubed
- 315 g (1 1/4 cups) plant-based milk substitute, to taste
- 25 g (1/3 cup) unsweetened coconut, grated
- 60 ml (2 tbsp) maple syrup (or more, to taste)
- 4 fresh mint leaves (or more to taste)
PREPARATION
- Put all the ingredients in the blender at high speed until smooth.
- You can also add a little fruit or plant-based milk substitute to obtain the desired texture: a creamy smoothie or more liquid.
