  • 750 ml (3 cups) any plant-based milk substitute*
  • 130 g (1 cup) frozen strawberries
  • 130 g (1 cup) frozen blueberries
  • 65 g (1/2 cup) frozen raspberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 45 ml (3 tbsp) hemp seeds
  • 3 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) vanilla extract

PREPARATION

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender, blending at high speed until creamy.
