ORGANIC INGREDIENTS
- 750 ml (3 cups) any plant-based milk substitute*
- 130 g (1 cup) frozen strawberries
- 130 g (1 cup) frozen blueberries
- 65 g (1/2 cup) frozen raspberries
- 1 ripe banana
- 45 ml (3 tbsp) hemp seeds
- 3 Medjool dates, pitted
- 5 ml (1 tsp) vanilla extract
PREPARATION
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender, blending at high speed until creamy.

* If you are not on a dairy-free diet, replacing the plant-based drink with cow's milk is an option.
