ORGANIC INGREDIENTS

  • 140 g (1 cup) papaya, cut into cubes, frozen
  • 140 g (1 cup) mango, cut into cubes, frozen
  • 320 g (2 cups) fresh pineapple, cut into cubes
  • 35 g (1/4 cup) Brazil nuts (soaked then drained)
  • 375 ml (1 1/2 cup) milk substitute of choice
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) vanilla extract
  • 2,5 ml (1/2 tsp) ground cardamom

PREPARATION

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender on high speed until smooth.
  2. If desired, you can also add a little milk substitute to obtain your preferred texture.
