Sunshine Smoothie Recipe Gluten-free, dairy-free (casein-free), hypotoxic and vegan.

YIELD:1,25 LITER (5 CUPS)
ORGANIC INGREDIENTS
- 140 g (1 cup) papaya, cut into cubes, frozen
- 140 g (1 cup) mango, cut into cubes, frozen
- 320 g (2 cups) fresh pineapple, cut into cubes
- 35 g (1/4 cup) Brazil nuts (soaked then drained)
- 375 ml (1 1/2 cup) milk substitute of choice
- 5 ml (1 tsp) vanilla extract
- 2,5 ml (1/2 tsp) ground cardamom
PREPARATION
- Place all ingredients in a blender on high speed until smooth.
- If desired, you can also add a little milk substitute to obtain your preferred texture.
A smoothie that will brighten up your mornings, summer and winter! The hint of cardamom also gives it a unique touch.
