PORTIONS: 750 ml (3 CUPS)
ORGANIC INGREDIENTS
- 95 g (3/4 cup) frozen raspberries
- 65 g (1/2 cup) frozen strawberries
- 500 ml (2 cups) plant-based milk substitute of choice
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) sunflower seeds
- 1 to 2 pitted Medjool dates
- 5 ml (1 tsp) vanilla exract
- 2,5 ml (1/2 tsp) beet powder (optional).
PREPARATION
- Blend all the ingredients in an electric blender on high speed until smooth and creamy.
