ORGANIC INGREDIENTS

  • 95 g (3/4 cup) frozen raspberries
  • 65 g (1/2 cup) frozen strawberries
  • 500 ml (2 cups) plant-based milk substitute of choice
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) sunflower seeds
  • 1 to 2 pitted Medjool dates
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) vanilla exract
  • 2,5 ml (1/2 tsp) beet powder (optional).

PREPARATION

  1. Blend all the ingredients in an electric blender on high speed until smooth and creamy.
