ORGANIC INGREDIENTS
- 500 ml (2 cups) plant-based milk substitute
- 1 green apple, cored and cut into slices
- 1 kiwi, peeled
- 1/2 avocado, peeled
- 1 handful of spinach
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) maple syrup
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) lime juice
PREPARATION
- Mix all the ingredients in an electric blender until smooth.
