ORGANIC INGREDIENTS
- 65 g (1/2 cup) Medjool dates, chopped
- 65 g (1/2 cup) fresh raspberries
- 55 g (1/3 cup) almonds, chopped
- 50 g (1/4 cup) chocolate chips
- 45 g (1/3 cup) cashews, chopped
- 35 g (1/3 cup) quick-cooking gluten-free oats
- 30 g (1 cup) rice cereal (like Rice Krispies)
- 1 ripe banana
- 7,5 ml (1 1/2 tsp) cocoa powder
- 5 ml (1 tsp) vanilla
- 1 ml (1/4 tsp) almond extract
PREPARATION
- Blend all the ingredients in a food processor until texture is even.
- Using your hands, make balls to whatever size you wish. Rinse your hands throughout to keep the dough from sticking.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
- Store in the refrigerator.
