Berry Popsicles Recipe Gluten-free, dairy-free (casein-free),
hypotoxic and vegan

YIELD: About 12 popsicles



ORGANIC INGREDIENTS

  • 500 g (2 cups) plain non-dairy yogurt *
  • 130 g (1 cup) raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • 130 g (1 cup) blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 260 g (2 cups) strawberries, fresh or frozen
  • 80 g (1/4 cup) maple syrup
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) lemon juice, freshly squeezed

PREPARATION

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until creamy and smooth.
  2. Pour into ice lollipop moulds.
  3. Leave in the freezer for a minimum of six hours, then enjoy!
