Orange and cranberries jam Recipe Gluten-free, dairy-free (casein-free), hypotoxic and vegan

YIELD: 335 ML (1 1/3 CUP)
ORGANIC INGREDIENTS
- 260 g (2 1/2 cups) fresh or frozen cranberries
- 125 g (1/2 cup) orange juice, freshly squeezed
- 105 g (1/3 cup) maple syrup
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) orange zest
- 2.5 ml (1/2 tsp.) powdered agar-agar
PREPARATION
- Combine all the ingredients in a medium saucepan.
- Bring to a boil, stirring gently.
- Simmer over low heat, uncovered, for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring frequently, or until desired texture is achieved.
- Store in the refrigerator in a glass jar. The jam will thicken as it cools.

COOKING WITH A BREAD MACHINE
Most bread machines offer a jam cycle. If you have a machine that offers this cycle, simply place the ingredients in the container, fitted with the kneading blade, in the order described above. Start the cycle and you're done!
