Orange and cranberries jam Recipe Gluten-free, dairy-free (casein-free), hypotoxic and vegan

YIELD: 335 ML (1 1/3 CUP)



ORGANIC INGREDIENTS

  • 260 g (2 1/2 cups) fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 125 g (1/2 cup) orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • 105 g (1/3 cup) maple syrup
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) orange zest
  • 2.5 ml (1/2 tsp.) powdered agar-agar

PREPARATION

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a medium saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil, stirring gently.
  3. Simmer over low heat, uncovered, for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring frequently, or until desired texture is achieved.
  4. Store in the refrigerator in a glass jar. The jam will thicken as it cools.
