Apple pancakes Recipe Gluten-free and dairy-free (casein-free).

PORTIONS: 6 PANCAKES
ORGANIC INGREDIENTS
- 185 g (1 1/3 cups) all-purpose flour "La Merveilleuse"
- 7,5 ml (1 1/2 tsp) baking powder
- 1 ml (1/4 tsp) ground cinnamon
- 0,5 ml (1/8 tsp) salt
- 125 g (1/2 cup) plant-based milk substitute
- 125 g (1/2 cup) unsweetened apple juice
- 1 medium egg (45 g)
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) light olive oil
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) maple syrup
- 10 ml (2 tsp) vanilla extract
- 3 grated apples (about 330 g)
PREPARATION
- In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Add the milk substitute, juice, egg, oil, syrup, and the vanilla and mix well with a whisk until smooth and even.
- With a wooden spoon, add the grated apples.
- In a preheated, greased pan, pour 125 ml (1/2 cup) of batter in the middle of the pan and lightly spread with a spoon, rounding out your pancake.
- Cook on both sides on low heat to keep from burning or overcooking the pancakes.
