Waffle and pancake
Gluten-free, dairy-free (casein-free) and hypotoxic

- 1 1/2 cups (228 g) of Waffle and pancake mix
- 1 organic large egg
- 2 tbsp organic olive oil
- 1 1/4 cups organic plant-based milk substitute
- Organic vanilla extract to taste
- Pour all ingredients into blender. N.b. For a thicker batter, reduce the amount of liquid.
- Blend until batter is uniform.
- Let rest for 20 minutes.
- Place 1/4 cup in the waffle maker or in a lightly oiled frying pan.
- Cook until golden.
