Sausages with maple syrup Recipe Gluten-free, dairy-free (casein-free).

ORGANIC INGREDIENTS
- 335 g (1 cup) maple syrup
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) apple cider vinegar
- 1 large clove of garlic, finely chopped
- 7,5 ml (1/2 tbsp) Dijon mustard
- 5 ml (1 tsp) sesame oil
- 0,5 ml (1/8 tsp) ground cloves
- 0,5 ml (1/8 tsp) ground ginger
- 1 package gluten-free sausages (375 g)
- Green onion (optional)
PREPARATION
- Using a whisk, in a medium pot, combine all the ingredients except the sausage and green onion. Bring to a boil.
- Meanwhile, cut the sausages into small pieces.
- Reduce the heat to medium, add the sausage and simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
- Stir frequently to make sure the syrup doesn't stick to the bottom.
- Remove from heat, cover, and let rest for 10 minutes to allow the sauce to thicken a bit.
- Serve with cut green onion sprinkled on top (optional).
