ORGANIC INGREDIENTS
- 300 g (2 cups) chopped ham
- 35 g (1/3 cup) dried cranberries
- 110 g (1/2 cup) mayonnaise
- 1 celery branch, finely minced
- 1 green onion, minced
- 22,5 ml (1 1/2 tbsp) maple flakes
- 7,5 ml (1/2 tbsp) Dijon mustard
- Pepper, to taste
- 1 cup alfalfa sprouts (optional)
PREPARATION
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except the alfalfa sprouts.
- Add the alfalfa and mix gently.
