ORGANIC INGREDIENTS

  • 300 g (2 cups) chopped ham
  • 35 g (1/3 cup) dried cranberries
  • 110 g (1/2 cup) mayonnaise
  • 1 celery branch, finely minced
  • 1 green onion, minced
  • 22,5 ml (1 1/2 tbsp) maple flakes
  • 7,5 ml (1/2 tbsp) Dijon mustard
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup alfalfa sprouts (optional)

PREPARATION

  1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except the alfalfa sprouts.
  2. Add the alfalfa and mix gently.
