ORGANIC INGREDIENTS

  • 6 slices of bread Cuisine L’Angélique (whichever you prefer)
  • 1 cup cooked white-meat chicken
  • 6 slices cooked bacon
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 6 slices ham, sandwich-cut
  • 4 romaine lettuce leaves, chopped
  • Mayonnaise

PREPARATION

  1. Toast the bread.
  2. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each toast.
  3. Build the sandwich in this order: bread, ham, tomato, lettuce, second slice of bread, chicken, bacon, and the last piece of bread.
  4. Slice the sandwich in half or in quarters, and stick a toothpick in each section to keep the structure.
