Delicata Squash Fries with Rosemary Recipe Gluten-free, dairy-free (casein-free),
hypotoxic and vegan

ORGANIC INGREDIENTS
- About 1 kg (2.2 lbs) of delicata squash
- 45 ml (3 tbsp) olive oil
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- Salt with herbs
PREPARATION
- Wash the squash and cut it in half lengthwise.
- Remove all seeds and filaments and cut the squash, without peeling, into fries.
- In a large bowl, combine oil and rosemary. Add the squash fries and mix well.
- Place the fries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and season with herb salt to taste.
- Bake on the centre rack of the preheated oven at 350° F (180° C) for 20 to 30 minutes, until the fries are tender.
- Set the oven to broil and cook on the top rack for a few minutes, just enough to grill the fries a little more.
- Serve and savor!
