ORGANIC INGREDIENTS

Salad:

  • 340 g cooked shrimp
  • 1 can (398 ml) whole hearts of palm, cut into thick slices
  • 1 mango, peeled and cubed
  • 1 avocado, peeled and cubed
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) fresh cilantro, chopped

Dressing:

  • 30 g (1/8 cup) mayonnaise
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) lime juice
  • 8 ml (1/2 tbsp) balsamic vinegar
  • 8 ml (1/2 tbsp) maple syrup
  • 3 ml (1/2 tsp) salt
  • Sriracha to taste

PREPARATION

  1. In a bowl, combine all the salad ingredients.
  2. In a separate small bowl, combine the dressing ingredients.
  3. Add the dressing to the salad, toss.
  4. Serve.
