Spinach salad with strawberries Recipe Gluten-free, dairy-free (casein-free) and vegan.

ORGANIC INGREDIENTS
Salad:
- 100 g (4 cups) spinach, roughly chopped
- 114 g (1 1/2 cup) snow peas, cut in 3 slivers
- 1/2 orange bell pepper, cubed
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 227 g (2 cups) fresh strawberries, sliced
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) fresh basil, minced
Vinaigrette:
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) olive oil
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) cider vinegar
- 10 ml (2 tsp) maple syrup
- 1 ml (1/4 tsp) salt
- Pepper, to taste
PREPARATION
- Put all the salad ingredients in a large bowl.
- Whisk together the vinaigrette ingredients, then add it to the salad.
Toss gently to nicely distribute the dressing.
