ORGANIC INGREDIENTS

Salad:

  • 100 g (4 cups) spinach, roughly chopped
  • 114 g (1 1/2 cup) snow peas, cut in 3 slivers
  • 1/2 orange bell pepper, cubed
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 227 g (2 cups) fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) fresh basil, minced

Vinaigrette:

  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) olive oil
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) cider vinegar
  • 10 ml (2 tsp) maple syrup
  • 1 ml (1/4 tsp) salt
  • Pepper, to taste


PREPARATION

  1. Put all the salad ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk together the vinaigrette ingredients, then add it to the salad.
    Toss gently to nicely distribute the dressing.
