ORGANIC INGREDIENTS

Salad:

  • 325 g (4 cups) raw broccoli cut into little florets
  • 85 g (1/2 cup) red grapes, cut in half
  • 35 g (1/2 cup) crispy, cooked bacon cut into bits
  • 25 g (1/4 cup) sliced almonds
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) red onion, finely cut
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) sunflower seeds

Vinaigrette:

  • 160 g (3/4 cup) mayonnaise
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) maple syrup
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) apple cider vinegar
  • 2,5 ml (1/2 tsp) onion powder

PREPARATION

  1. In a bowl, combine all the salad ingredients.
  2. In a small separate bowl, mix together the ingredients for vinaigrette.
  3. Combine the two bowls and season to taste.
