Broccoli salad Recipe Gluten-free and dairy-free (casein-free).

ORGANIC INGREDIENTS
Salad:
- 325 g (4 cups) raw broccoli cut into little florets
- 85 g (1/2 cup) red grapes, cut in half
- 35 g (1/2 cup) crispy, cooked bacon cut into bits
- 25 g (1/4 cup) sliced almonds
- 1 carrot, grated
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) red onion, finely cut
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) sunflower seeds
Vinaigrette:
- 160 g (3/4 cup) mayonnaise
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) maple syrup
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) apple cider vinegar
- 2,5 ml (1/2 tsp) onion powder
PREPARATION
- In a bowl, combine all the salad ingredients.
- In a small separate bowl, mix together the ingredients for vinaigrette.
- Combine the two bowls and season to taste.
