Arugula with pears, grapes and radishes Recipe Gluten-free, dairy-free (casein-free), hypotoxic and vegan

ORGANIC INGREDIENTS
Salad:
- 70 g (2 1/2 oz) arugula
- 2 pears, peeled and cut into cubes
- 160 g (1 cup) red grapes, cut in half
- 5 to 6 radishes, thinly sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) fresh cilantro, chopped
Dressing:
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) olive oil
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 10 ml (2 tsp) maple syrup
- 5 ml (1 tsp) toasted sesame oil
- 0.5 ml (1/8 tsp) salt
- Pepper, to taste
PREPARATION
- In a large bowl, combine all the salad ingredients.
- Whisk the dressing ingredients together, then add it to the salad. Stir gently to coat the ingredients. Adjust the seasoning to taste then serve.

Adding pears and grapes to this salad softens the typical slight bitterness of arugula and makes it one of a kind!
