ORGANIC INGREDIENTS

  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 55 g (1/4 cup) white wine
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) lemon juice
  • 7,5 ml (1/2 tbsp) lemon zest
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) rice vinegar
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) maple syrup
  • 3,7 ml (1 tsp) salt
  • 1.25 ml (1/4 tsp) ground pepper
  • 20 cherry tomatoes cut in 2
  • 10 g (1/4 cup) fresh basil, minced
  • 454 g shelled raw shrimp

PREPARATION

  1. In a pot, add the oil and sauté the garlic.
  2. Add all the ingredients except the tomatoes, basil, and shrimp. Simmer for 1 minute over medium heat.
  3. Add the tomatoes and cook for 3 minutes.
  4. Add the basil and shrimp and remove from the heat once the shrimp is well cooked.
  5. Serve with fresh basil sprinkled on top.
