Shrimp with tomatoes, white wine and basil Recipe Gluten-free, dairy-free (casein-free).

ORGANIC INGREDIENTS
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 55 g (1/4 cup) white wine
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) lemon juice
- 7,5 ml (1/2 tbsp) lemon zest
- 5 ml (1 tsp) rice vinegar
- 5 ml (1 tsp) maple syrup
- 3,7 ml (1 tsp) salt
- 1.25 ml (1/4 tsp) ground pepper
- 20 cherry tomatoes cut in 2
- 10 g (1/4 cup) fresh basil, minced
- 454 g shelled raw shrimp
PREPARATION
- In a pot, add the oil and sauté the garlic.
- Add all the ingredients except the tomatoes, basil, and shrimp. Simmer for 1 minute over medium heat.
- Add the tomatoes and cook for 3 minutes.
- Add the basil and shrimp and remove from the heat once the shrimp is well cooked.
- Serve with fresh basil sprinkled on top.
