ORGANIC INGREDIENTS

Tartare:

  • 225 g (1 1/3 cup) salmon, cut into small cubes
  • 110 g (3/4 cup) smoked salmon, cut into small pieces
  • 55 g (1/4 cup) mayonnaise
  • 7,4 ml (1/2 tbsp) green onion, chopped
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) Dijon mustard
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) maple syrup
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) lime juice
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) onion powder
  • Sriracha, to taste

Toppings:

  • Chopped green onion
  • Capers
  • Sesame seeds

PREPARATION

  1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the tartare.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle with toppings of your choice, and serve alongside gluten-free crackers.
