ORGANIC INGREDIENTS
Tartare:
- 225 g (1 1/3 cup) salmon, cut into small cubes
- 110 g (3/4 cup) smoked salmon, cut into small pieces
- 55 g (1/4 cup) mayonnaise
- 7,4 ml (1/2 tbsp) green onion, chopped
- 5 ml (1 tsp) Dijon mustard
- 5 ml (1 tsp) maple syrup
- 5 ml (1 tsp) lime juice
- 5 ml (1 tsp) onion powder
- Sriracha, to taste
Toppings:
- Chopped green onion
- Capers
- Sesame seeds
PREPARATION
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the tartare.
- Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Sprinkle with toppings of your choice, and serve alongside gluten-free crackers.
