Spicy Asian cod soup Recipe Gluten-free and dairy-free (casein-free).

ORGANIC INGREDIENTS
- 1,5 litre (6 cups) chicken or vegetable broth
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) Bragg’s Liquid Aminos
- 5 ml (1 tsp) grilled sesame oil
- 1 pincée à 0,5 ml (1/8 tsp) Cayenne pepper, to taste
- 190 g (4 cups) Chinese lettuce, roughly chopped
- 2 carrots, peeled and grated
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed or minced
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) fresh ginger, grated
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 454 g (1 lb) cod, cut into pieces of about 2,5 cm (1 in)
- 150 g (1 1/2 cups) snow peas, cut diagonally
PREPARATION
- In a large pan, bring to a boil the broth, Bragg’s Liquid Aminos, sesame oil, and Cayenne pepper.
- Add the Chinese lettuce, carrots, garlic, and ginger. Bring again to a boil, cover, and simmer for 5 minutes on low heat.
- Add the green onion, cod, and snow peas, bring again to a boil, then cover and simmer on low heat for another 5 minutes.
