Christmas Sangria Recipe Gluten-free, dairy-free (casein-free) and vegan.

YIELD:1 LARGE PITCHER


ORGANIC INGREDIENTS

  • 750 ml (3 cups) red wine*
  • 250 ml (1 cup) orange juice without pulp 
  • 250 ml (1 cup) cranberry juice
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup)  Grand-Marnier
  • 1/2 lemon sliced into thin half-circles 
  • 1/2 orange sliced into thin half-circles
  • Seeds from 1/2 pomegranate 
  • 100 g (1 cup) fresh cranberries 
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 3 whole star anise
  • 500 ml (2 cups) ginger ale
  • Ice

PREPARATION

  1. In a large pitcher, place all the sangria ingredients except the ginger ale and ice. 
  2. Stir and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  3. To serve, add the ginger ale and ice.
