Christmas Sangria Recipe Gluten-free, dairy-free (casein-free) and vegan.

YIELD:1 LARGE PITCHER
ORGANIC INGREDIENTS
- 750 ml (3 cups) red wine*
- 250 ml (1 cup) orange juice without pulp
- 250 ml (1 cup) cranberry juice
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) Grand-Marnier
- 1/2 lemon sliced into thin half-circles
- 1/2 orange sliced into thin half-circles
- Seeds from 1/2 pomegranate
- 100 g (1 cup) fresh cranberries
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 3 whole star anise
- 500 ml (2 cups) ginger ale
- Ice
PREPARATION
- In a large pitcher, place all the sangria ingredients except the ginger ale and ice.
- Stir and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
- To serve, add the ginger ale and ice.
