ORGANIC INGREDIENTS

  • 80 g (1/2 cup) raw almonds
  • 65 g (1/2 cup) hazelnuts
  • Water for soaking
  • 750 ml (3 cups) water
  • 45 ml (3 tbsp) cocoa
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) maple syrup
  • 4 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) vanilla extract

PREPARATION

  1. Cover the almonds and hazelnuts with cool water and let soak for 12 hours.
  2. Drain, then place the nuts in a blender with 750 ml (3 cups) water. Filter the liquid with a strainer.
  3. Again, blend the liquid with the cocoa, maple syrup, dates, and vanilla.
  4. Refrigerate in a glass jar.
