Non-dairy almond hazelnut chocolate drink Recipe Gluten-free, dairy-free (casein-free) and vegan.

PORTIONS: 750 ML (3 CUPS)
ORGANIC INGREDIENTS
- 80 g (1/2 cup) raw almonds
- 65 g (1/2 cup) hazelnuts
- Water for soaking
- 750 ml (3 cups) water
- 45 ml (3 tbsp) cocoa
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) maple syrup
- 4 Medjool dates, pitted
- 5 ml (1 tsp) vanilla extract
PREPARATION
- Cover the almonds and hazelnuts with cool water and let soak for 12 hours.
- Drain, then place the nuts in a blender with 750 ml (3 cups) water. Filter the liquid with a strainer.
- Again, blend the liquid with the cocoa, maple syrup, dates, and vanilla.
- Refrigerate in a glass jar.
