  • 1 Medjool date, pitted
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) ground cinnamon

  • 1 ml (1/4 tsp) ground cardamom
  • 1 ml (1/4 tsp) ground ginger
  • 1 ml (1/4 tsp) nutmeg

PREPARATION

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and mix until the date has been completely incorporated.
  2. Store in a glass container in the refrigerator.
