YIELD : 750 ML (3 CUPS)
ORGANIC INGREDIENTS
- 750 ml (3 cups) fresh water
- 45 g (1/3 cup) hemp seeds
- 10 mL (2 tsp) maple syrup
or 1 to 2 Medjool dates, pitted - 2.5 ml (1/2 tsp) vanilla extract
PREPARATION
- Mix all the ingredients in a blender at high speed until the seeds are completely broken up.
- Store for 3 to 4 days in glass jars in the refrigerator.
- When ready to serve, shake well as a deposit will form at the bottom, which is quite normal.
