In its July 2017 issue, “Protégez-Vous” Magazine published a comparison test of sliced breads, both conventional and gluten-free. It singled out the top 56 sliced breads, including twelve gluten-free breads. Among these twelve gluten-free recommendations were three of our loaves (Le Celeste, Le Granola, L’Angélique). Cuisine l’Angélique was the only Québec-based gluten-free bakehouse selected. This came as a consecration of our dedication to baking nutritious GF breads.
