October 2017 – Cuisine L’Angélique’s GF sliced breads were designated “Best Choice” by Isabelle Huot, PhD in Nutrition for the “Journal de Montréal” daily newspaper. The renowned dietician compared two-slice portions (47g to 70g) of the main GF brands. White and whole grain breads were covered by the review and no less than 16 loaves were scrutinised.
Cuisine l’Angélique came out as the big winner of this review, as concluded:
“The breads of the Cuisine l’Angélique bakehouse are the great champions of our review for their outstanding nutritional value, and especially for their short list of ingredients without additives”.
