ORGANIC INGREDIENTS

  • 400 g (3 cups) blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 125 g (1/2 cup) unfiltered apple juice*
  • 125 g (1/2 cup) canned coconut milk
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) maple syrup
  • 10 ml (2 tsp) lemon juice
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) minced fresh mint
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) vanilla extract
  • 55 g (1/3 cup) chia seeds

PREPARATION

  1. Place all the ingredients except the chia seeds in the blender and purée until relatively smooth.
  2. Pour this purée into a resealable container and add the chia seeds. Mix well and refrigerate for 12 hours.
