ORGANIC INGREDIENTS
- 1 egg
- 125 g (1/2 cup) plant-based milk substitute*
- 170 g (3/4 cup) water
- 150 g (1 cup) buckwheat flour
- 110 g (3/4 cup) chopped dates
PREPARATION
- In a bowl, whisk together the egg, milk substitute, water, and buckwheat flour.
- Add the dates and mix well.
- In a preheated and oiled frying pan, pour about 1/2 cup of batter. Cook on both sides.
This recipe is so simple and quick, it's sure to please buckwheat lovers. The subtle sweetness of the dates adds a little something extra to classic buckwheat crepes.
TIP
*If you are not on a dairy-free diet, replacing the plant-based drink with cow's milk is an option.
