Refund policy
In case of unsatisfactory or spoiled goods, please notify us withing 24 hours after reception of your order.
Returns are accepted at customer’s expense in their original packaging only. If the original packaging is in poor condition and cannot be returned as is, please take pictures and email them to us. Then, please repack and return to us. We will refund the total value of the goods no later than 30 days after receiving the returned product. Delivery and return fee will be refunded after the claim is processed with the forwarder.
