Trade Policies - Shipping

We ship everywhere in Canada and certain European countries. Shipping fees are computed depending on your choice of carriers.

Regular order processing time: 48 hours (2 working days)
All orders are packed and shipped from our bakehouse in Quebec, Canada.
Free shipping anywhere in Canada for orders over $150*
*Remote areas of Canada are not included in the Free Shipping Programme. More details here

Payment Method

Secure online payment via «Shopify Payment» (most credit cards accepted). Shopify is a world-renown company and uses the most up-to-date security protocols. For additional information, please visit: https://www.shopify.com/security/pci-compliant

Our prices are in Canadian dollars.

Extra fees may apply:

  • Federal sales tax
  • Provincial sales tax
  • Shipping fees and shipping taxes

Any other costs at customer’s expense. These costs may result from international shipping fees at the country of delivery such as: customs fees, domestic entry taxes and customs brokerage fees.

Order process:

  1. Select the products of your choice
  2. Complete you order
  3. Enter your billing and delivery details.
  4. Transportation costs are computed automatically, based on the weight and volume of your total order. Upon selecting a shipping mode, an estimate time of delivery will be computed. As shipping schedules are beyond our control, we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays.
  5. You may either complete you purchase, continue shopping or modify your order.
  6. Payment is processed in a secure manner through «Shopify Payment».
  7. You will then receive an email confirmation of your order.
  8. It’s as simple as that!  
  9. We will follow-up on your order by e-mail


Delivery times:: The estimated time of delivery varies depending on the destination and the delivery speed selected.  This is not a guaranteed date of delivery. The delivery speed option is offered before proceeding with payment.

Delivery fees: The delivery fees vary depending on the speed of delivery chosen, the weight and total volume of your order. The delivery speed option is offered before proceeding with payment.

Delivery delays: If, for any reason, your order cannot be shipped within 2 working days, we will notify you immediately.

The option to cancel your order will be offered before the parcel leaves our facilities.

Wrong Delivery Address Returns

It is the customer's responsibility to enter the appropriate delivery address.

In case of an error, shipping costs of returns to our bakehouse will be charged to customer. Such return fees must be reimbursed in full before we reship to the correct address. Alternatively, they may be deducted from the product refund if customer wishes to cancel order.
