Your file is kept on paper and digital media. Our complaints manager, Mr. Benoît Cuchet, is the only associate authorised to access the location where your information is stored. Your personal information will be kept as long as your order and/or complaint are being processed.

    * They will be kept in our office filing cabinets.

Destruction of information

After the processing period of your above-mentioned information, it will be shredded or deleted.
