Spider web icing Do you want to be able to amaze your guests?
Here's how to make the chocolate spider web pattern on your favorite cake!

FOR ICING A 23 CM (9 IN) ROUND CAKE
ORGANIC INGREDIENTS
- A white icing recipe of your choice: Cashew, vanilla or "imitation cream cheese"
- 75 g of 70% dark chocolate
- 10 ml (2 tsp) dairy-free margarine *
PREPARATION
- Prepare the icing of your choice according to the instructions given.
- Then, glaze the cake of your choice and smooth it with a spatula.
- Melt the chocolate chips and oil in a double boiler.
- Transfer the melted chocolate to a pastry bag fitted with a fine tip nozzle. (If you don't have a nozzle, you can also gently pour in the melted chocolate using a spoon).
- DRAW THE SPIRAL:
Draw a chocolate spiral on the cake starting at the center and ending at the edge.
- TRACING THE LINES:
Using a wooden stick, draw lines at regular intervals, always from the center to the edge. The end result will look like a spider web.
