ORGANIC INGREDIENTS

  • 250 g (1 cup) plant-based milk substitute *
  • 250 ml (1 cup) cooked cereal of choice: buckwheat, quinoa, brown rice, millet
  • 2 pitted dates
  • 1 ml (1/4 tsp) ground cinnamon
  • 0,5 ml (1/8 tsp) ground nutmeg
  • Topping to taste : fresh fruit, hemp seeds, almond butter, pumpkin seeds, chopped nuts, grated coconut, etc.

PREPARATION

  1. In a saucepan, combine the plant-based milk, grains, and spices. Cover and heat over medium heat, stirring frequently. As soon as the mixture reaches a boil, remove from the heat and pour into a blender.
  2. Add the dates, then reduce until you have a smooth puree.
  3. Pour into 2 bowls and let rest 5 minutes to allow the cream to thicken.
  4. When serving, add the desired toppings and enjoy!
